The SB-76 is designed with a solid continuous striking surface - no gimmicky shapes or patterns are notched into the blade which tends to weaken it over time. A pliable blade which can be shaped left or right hundreds of times without compromising strength or durability. Never marks gym floors. Fits over a standard shaft and is fully secured with two side-mounted steel screws.
